What we collect
When you book a call: your name, email, and the time you choose. Your phone number and type of practice are optional, and we only have them if you add them.
When you visit: basic usage information, like the pages you view, your device and browser, your approximate location, and the site that sent you. This comes from Google Analytics and from our hosting provider's standard server logs, which include your IP address.
When you email us: whatever you choose to include.
How we use it
- To schedule and hold your strategy call, and to send your calendar invite and reminders.
- To follow up about your project, if you want us to.
- To understand how the site is used so we can make it better.
- To keep the site and booking system secure, including stopping spam and automated bookings.
Text messages
If you give us your phone number when you book, we may text you about your appointment: confirmations, reminders, and scheduling changes. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We never sell your phone number, and no mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site, and they handle your information only on our behalf:
- Our scheduling and customer relationship platform, which stores your booking and contact details.
- Google, for calendar invites, Google Analytics, and the fonts on this site.
- Cloudflare, which hosts the site and protects it from abuse.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We may disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
Google Analytics uses cookies to count visits and see which pages are helpful. You can block cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's Analytics opt-out add-on. We don't currently use advertising cookies or tracking pixels. If that changes, we'll update this page first.
How long we keep it
We keep booking and contact details as long as we need them to talk with you and, if we work together, for the length of that relationship plus whatever our legal and accounting obligations require. Analytics data is kept according to our Google Analytics retention settings.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information we have about you, or to stop emailing or texting you. Just write to [email protected]. Depending on where you live (for example California or Texas), you may have additional privacy rights, and we honor them. We respond within 45 days, and we never treat you differently for asking.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, but we take care with what you share.
Children
This site is for business owners and isn't directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update it here and change the effective date at the top.
