Booking a strategy call
Strategy calls are free and come with no obligation. Times depend on availability. If we ever need to move your call, we'll let you know as early as we can, and we ask the same of you. Just reply to your calendar invite.
Proposals and pricing
Anything shared on a call or on this site, including ideas, plans, examples and pricing, is for information only. Work begins only under a separate written agreement. If that agreement and these terms ever differ, the agreement wins.
No guarantees on results
We work hard to help your practice get found and booked, but search rankings, traffic and leads depend on things outside our control, like search engines, competition and your market. We don't guarantee specific results. The site designs shown on this page are concept designs, shown as examples of our approach.
Text messages
If you add your phone number when you book, you agree to receive text messages about your appointment. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Our content
The design, writing, images, code and other content on this site belong to Thrivemode LLC or the people who license them to us. Please don't copy or reuse them without written permission.
Using the site fairly
Please don't misuse the site: no spam or fake bookings, no attempts to break or overload the booking system, and no automated scraping that harms the site or its visitors.
Other services and links
Some features rely on other services, like Google Calendar, and some links lead to other websites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
The site is provided as is
We do our best to keep the site accurate and working, but it's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows.
Limits on liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Thrivemode LLC isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages from your use of this site. Our total liability for anything related to your use of the site is limited to $100. This doesn't limit anything in a separate written agreement for paid work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll change the effective date at the top. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
